Once you’re approved as an investor, you’ll receive exclusive email updates about new properties available for investment. These updates provide detailed information about each opportunity, including location, investment goals, and expected returns.

Stay Informed:
Our regular updates allow you to stay on top of new opportunities as they arise, so you never miss a chance to invest in a property that fits your portfolio.

When a property catches your interest, you’ll have the chance to review the listing in detail. If you decide to move forward, simply submit a request to invest along with your investment commitment.

How It Works:
Your request signals your interest in a specific property. From there, we will evaluate the request and guide you through the next steps.

After reviewing your request to invest, we’ll send you a working agreement that outlines the terms of the specific investment. This agreement ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding expectations, timelines, and the potential returns.
